The consultant worked closely with a small group of Estonian experts, mainly psychiatrists.

A draft of National Guidelines on drug treatment was prepared, and was presented to the Estonian Association of Psychiatry, who approved it.

A Russian version of the Guidelines, aimed to meet the needs of the Russian-speaking population in Estonia has also been prepared. This version of the Guidelines will also prove useful in other countries where there are Russian speakers.
